We're looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic person to join our team at YMCA MK and Northamptonshire as Office Manager.
This is a varied role providing high level administrative support across the Operations team including managing all aspects of office operations, procedures, and resources; all to maximise organisational effectiveness and efficiency. Be the go-to person for the organisation for all office operations queries, providing a signposting service to the appropriate person / department. To ensure a gold standard customer experience is maintained across all our operations.
You will have experience in a similar role; be a strong administrator and have excellent knowledge of MS Office.
This is a full-time role based mainly at the Milton Keynes office. Salary is £28,000 to £35,000 depending on skills and experience.
