Key duties of the Recently Qualified Bodyshop Technician:
8. Carry out vehicle body repairs including panel replacements, welding and painting
9. Assess vehicle damage and prepare cost estimates with accuracy
10. Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify repairs required
11. Ensure all work complies with safety, quality standards, and manufacturer guidelines
12. Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality repairs within deadlines
13. Maintain accurate records of repair procedures and parts used
Requirements that the Recently Qualified Bodyshop Technician will need:
14. Recent qualification in automotive body repairs such as NVQ, City & Guilds, IMI or equivalent
15. A genuine passion for vehicle bodywork and repair processes
16. Attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of workmanship
17. Good problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
18. Strong teamwork and communication skills
19. Willingness to follow all health and safety protocols
