The business is directly authorised, has a strong panel of insurers and great plans for 2026. We are looking for a new lead generator to join their team, someone who is self-motivated, professional that does not require man management. Daily/Weekly meetings will take place & support is always available. What you’ll be doing: Contacting inbound enquiries / business customers, confirming criteria / generate interest before transferring your prospect to a Protection Advisor. Your responsibilities will include: Providing quality leads, making sure you are following the business processes. Managing your time effectively is key. Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards are met. What they’re looking for: 2 years’ experience in Financial Services. A great communicator with a professional telephone manner. A highly motivated individual with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes. The ability to build great rapport with clients through a consultative approach. What they’ll do for you: Provide full training and support for the role to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to achieve. Ensure you are kept up to date with any product or regulatory changes. Continue to develop your skills. Working Hours: Monday & Thursday 09:15 – 18:45 Friday 09:15 – 13:15 What else is on offer? 22 days annual holiday allowance ( bank holidays).
