Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Oxfordshire, M40 & M4 Corridor
Travel: M40 corridor, Oxfordshire, North Cotswolds, some London projects work.

A well‑established building services company based in Oxfordshire, operating successfully for over 30 years, is on the lookout for a Domestic Gas Engineer for a growing division.
The business works predominantly within:
* Residential block management
* High‑end residential properties
* A small but growing commercial portfolio
They have a strong installation team and are now bringing maintenance works in‑house as part of a planned growth strategy.
The Role
This role suits a well‑rounded Commercial Gas Engineer who is confident across installation, maintenance and service works. You’ll be working across commercial plant rooms, large residential properties and new‑build developments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full commercial gas installations on new‑build sites
* Pipefitting and plant room works
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Servicing and fault finding
* Bathroom installations and general plumbing
* Working within large houses and light commercial environments
This is a hands‑on role requiring a broad commercial gas skill set rather than a purely service‑focused background.

* Qualified Commercial Gas Engineer
* Experience across installation, service and maintenance
* Confident working independently on varied projects
* Comfortable in both commercial plant rooms and high‑end residential settings
* Willing to travel regionally (no regular long‑distance travel)
