Qualification
Essential criteria
1. GCSE Grade C or above in English Literature/Language
Experience

2. Previous employment in a health or social care setting (or equivalent) in a care/ facilitation/ support role
Desirable criteria
3. Previous Occupational Therapy Assistant/ Physiotherapy Assistant/ Speech and Language/ Dietetic Assistant or Rehab Assistant or Healthcare Assistant experience
4. NHS experience
Skills
Essential criteria
5. Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
6. Good personal organisational skills including time management
7. Ability to work under pressure
Desirable criteria
8. Management of a caseload
