Job Description
The Opportunity An IT Support Engineer is required to support and enhance a Microsoft 365 environment within a technically driven organisation. This role focuses on the administration of SharePoint, Teams and core Azure services while providing hands-on user support and ensuring system reliability across a multi-site estate.Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams environments
* Develop Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency
* Provide support across hardware, software and network issues
* Monitor systems and security using Microsoft tooling
* Manage identity and access across Entra ID and Active Directory
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes
* Maintain technical documentation
* Travel to UK sites to provide onsite support
Experience Required
* Strong Microsoft 365 administration background
* Experience with SharePoint and Teams in enterprise environments
* Power Automate experience
* Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune
* Understanding of IT security and best practice
* Experience in structured IT service environments
Additional Information This is an office-based role in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire with travel to UK sites. A full UK driving licence is required.Package and Development
