🏫 About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Early Years Lecturer to support students in a college setting.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver lessons on early childhood education topics (e.g. child development, safeguarding, play-based learning).
* Teach qualifications such as CACHE, BTEC, or T Levels in Early Years.
* Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students (practical activities, discussions, placements).
* Adapt lessons to suit different learning needs and abilities.

* Patient, empathetic, and resilient.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Willingness to learn.
