Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring all funds are correctly allocated and reconciled

Chasing and processing outstanding balances in line with service level agreements
3.
Handling account transactions such as refunds and credits.
4.
Ensuringpliance with relevant financial guidelines and industry regulations
5.
Maintaining accurate records and managing sensitive information with integrity
What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills with a professional and empatheticmunication style
7.
Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role is desirable
8.
High attention to detail and an organised approach to managing tasks and deadlines
9.
Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed
