Team Secretary – Ballymoney (Immediate Start, Temporary Positions)
Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour
Location: Ballymoney
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Secretary to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the CMHT Team Leader and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Key Responsibilities
1. Organise and maintain diaries, schedule appointments and meetings
2. Provide secretarial support including audio typing, word processing, photocopying
3. Prepare reports, letters, memos and forms to a high standard
4. Arrange and support meetings, including minute-taking and issuing documentation
5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails and telephone enquiries
6. Maintain accurate records, filing systems and databases
7. Liaise with internal teams and external agencies professionally
8. Handle petty cash and assist with financial processes
9. Provide cover for other clerical staff during absences or busy periods
10. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with equality and human rights principles
Essential Criteria
11. Qualifications: 4 GCSEs (Grades A*-C) including English OR equivalent
12. Experience: Minimum 1 year paid clerical experience in an office environment using Microsoft Office Minute-taking experience (for some posts)
13. Additional Requirements: RSA/OCR Stage II Typing/Word Processing (both parts) OR 1 year’s experience using ICT including word processing, spreadsheets and email
