We are seeking a high-calibre and sophisticated General Manager to lead our Hereford Land Rover dealership. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will hold total stewardship over the Hereford site’s performance. You take responsibility for delivering an atmosphere where modern luxury is felt in every interaction.
While your background likely includes senior automotive management, your mindset should be rooted in delivering industry-leading excellence. You understand that Land Rover clients don't just expect a vehicle; they expect a frictionless, emotionally resonant experience. You lead from the front, creating a culture of high performance and mentoring a team to exceed the expectations of our discerning clients.
There is a highly competitive package that reflects the importance of this role — £135,000 OTE, plus benefits including a Land Rover of your choice.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Working closely with the management team the General Manager is responsible for the continued growth of the business.
2. You will drive a leading customer satisfaction programme that takes your dealership into a different league to your competitors.
3. You will receive a robust support network from our Head Office team including our I.T, Finance, Accounts, Marketing, Recruitment and Training departments.

About you
5. The successful candidate will preferably have extensive experience of overseeing the Retail and Aftersales departments within a franchised dealership.
6. You must be able demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
7. In addition, you need to have strong management and leadership skills, winning mentality and a real passion for the brand.
8. Currently be a General Manager / Head of Business or in a senior line management role within a franchised dealership.
