Salary: £40,000 per year plus Bonus & use of Company car as required.

The Role
As Operational Wedding & Events Manager, you will take the lead in the operational delivery of weddings and events, ensuring every celebration runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Working closely with the weddings, food & beverage and operations teams, you will oversee the execution of each event, managing the full client journey from planning through to the running of the event on the day, maintaining the highest standards of service expected within a prestigious luxury venue.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the operational management of weddings and events ensuring smooth and flawless delivery
* Host planning meetings and finalise all event details including timelines, layouts, and logistics on the day
* Coordinate with all departments to ensure exceptional guest service throughout each event
* Manage event set-up, staffing and service standards across the venue
* Act as the main operational contact for clients during their event
* Lead, motivate and support the events team to deliver outstanding service
* Ensure all events are delivered to brand standards, budgets and timelines
* Handle guest requests and resolve any operational issues professionally and efficiently
* Maintain exceptional standards throughout all event spaces and guest areas
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on events professional with:
* Previous experience in an Events Manager / Operations Manager role within luxury weddings, hotels or premium event venues
* A strong understanding of high-end service standards
* Outstanding organisational and communication skills
* The ability to remain calm under pressure while leading a team
* Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach
* A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings in line with business demands
