Duties
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily within the B2B sector such as plant hire companies and groundwork contractors, to obtain appointments and demonstrations of our products, namely hydraulic rock breakers
* Identify potential target customers and follow up with a phone call to see if they qualify
* Maintain detailed records of all interactions using CRM software, Hubspot
* Experience with Hubspot is a big benefit
* Follow up sales leads via email or phone to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel
* Collaborate with the managing director to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding our potential client base
* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional attitude during all interactions
* Keep up to date with product knowledge and effectively communicate our USP's to potential customers

Skills
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Proficiency in CRM software such as Hubspot
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow ups efficiently
* Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and handle objections professionally
* Self motivated with a proactive and positive approach to achieving sales goals
* Good understanding of telemarketing techniques and best practices for lead generation
