Do you have experience of working in a customer service environment, tackling complex issues?
We’re looking for a Service Charge Officer to join our team responding to service charge enquiries and complaints by investigating issues raised by customers.
Working with teams across the business, you’ll collate necessary documents and explanations, and respond to customers in line with Clarion Policies and tenancy or lease agreements.
Clarion Housing provides a range of services to residents; you’ll ensure that costs are transparent, provide value for money, and maximize cost recovery.
You’ll identify key components of queries/complaints, carry out adjustments to service charges following investigations, and provide feedback to prevent errors. You’ll also respond to internal enquiries and keep our CRM system updated with activity and correspondence.
Substantial experience with Excel and excellent numerical skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex subjects clearly using various media.
