HR Change Advisor
6 months (potential for extension, but no more than 9 months)
Up to £42,500 per annum (pro-rata)
Remote working (Candidate must already have the right to work and be based within the UK)
Role Overview:
A leading international non-profit organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support significant organisational changes and provide cover during maternity leave. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead change management initiatives, including restructuring and potential redundancies
* Provide expert HR advice on employee relations issues
* Support consultation processes in line with UK employment law
* Assist with international HR matters
* Collaborate with senior leadership on implementing new corporate strategy
* Help maintain HR operations during period of team transitions
Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of HR experience, with strong change management expertise
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidelines
* Experience in managing complex employee relations cases
* International HR experience beneficial but not required
* Charity sector experience helpful but not essential
Skills:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Strong advisory skills, able to guide senior leaders
* Proficiency in HR systems and data management
Additional Information:
* Remote working with occasional travel may be required
* Salary range: £40,000-£42,500 per annum
* 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension to 9 months
