Your new role As a key member of our administrative team, you’ll: Manage day-to-day office operations and clerical tasks Accurately input and manage data to tight deadlines Support our Forwarding, Haulage, and PC Support teams with a variety of admin tasks. Prepare and format reports and documentation Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent customer service What you'll need to succeed We’re seeking someone who brings: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAGE (essential) Proven experience in an administrative or office support role Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner A team player attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
