Duties of the Building Surveyor: Damp and mould surveys Repairs surveys Building Surveyor essentials: Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties Ability to work at pace and adapt to change. Experience within social housing. The suitable candidate will receive a consistant rate of £35-£40 an hour through umbrella, and will be working in the Lincoln area!
