What will you be doing?
Loan Operations and Trade Operations (40%)
1. Inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment, consumable sets, control units, and AWM pumps
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to inspection
3. Receipt loan sets: unpacking, scanning, and verifying supplied documents
4. Pick, scan, and prepare loan sets for dispatch
5. Coordinate shipping via in-house couriers
6. Pick, pack, and ship outbound trade orders
7. Receive goods, unpack, conduct physical checks, and put stock away
System work (40%)
8. Updating Mymediset/SAP/Movemedical
Additional duties such as cycle counts, reporting, replenishments, cleaning pumps etc. (20%)
What you will need to be successful?
9. Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach
10. Comfortable with physical work (up to 80% of the role)
11. Ability to follow processes and handle medical equipment with care
12. Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Excel
13. Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, medical devices, or loan sets is advantageous but not essential
14. Knowledge of SAPidealbut not essential.
