Job Description: Join Humaans as the second Rev Ops hire, working directly with the Head of Revenue Operations to power a high‑growth GTM engine. You will own HubSpot workflows, automate internal tooling with AI, and deliver strategic insights to the CEO. This is a high‑ownership role shaping the operational infrastructure of a category‑defining AI company.

Ideal Candidate
* 1‑2 years of experience in an analytical environment such as banking, consultancy, or a high‑growth startup with strong SQL and Excel skills.
* Hands‑on expertise in HubSpot administration, from managing data integrity to optimizing automated workflows and connecting go‑to‑market tech stacks.
