As a Dental Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping manage appointments, enquiries, and maintaining the smooth daily operation of the reception area.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding telephone and front‑desk service
* Schedule private treatment appointments and follow treatment plans
* Discuss and present finance options professionally
* Work alongside clinicians to coordinate patient care
* Support digital marketing efforts and promote practice treatments
* Deliver efficient reception services to support clinical workflows
Qualifications
* Previous dental reception or dental practice experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist or Patient Coordinator looking for a flexible, part‑time role within a thriving dental practice? Eden Dental Studio is seeking a part‑time Dental Receptionist to work 35 hours per week, covering Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday.
Some of out practioces open between 7am and 7pm. Working hours will be discussed at the interview.
Pay is dependent on experience, and this role may also suit a qualified dental nurse wishing to transition into a receptionist or treatment coordinator role.
