* Create andmanage all budgets and timelines for your team to ensure we're ascommercial as we can be
In-store Displays & WindowConcepts
* Lead theconceptualisation and implementation of captivating window displaysthat attract and engage our customers, keeping us innovative& ahead of the curve
* Design andexecute visually impactful in-store displays that enhance ourproduct and align with our in-store experience to drive sales andinspire our customers
* Work closely with storemanagers to ensure consistent execution of VM standards acrossstores through storytelling and brand messaging
* Source and design props and visual elements thatcomplement our brand aesthetic and enhance the overall customerexperience
* Continuously refresh and evolvevisual elements to maintain excitement and relevance
ExperientialRetail
* Champion ourexperiential retail pillars to elevate the customer journey andfoster brand loyalty
* Create interactive andsensory experiences for the store to create memorable moments forcustomers
* Continuously innovate and explorenew ways to differentiate our brand through immersive retailexperiences
WHAT WOULDYOU LIKE FROM ME?

* Ideally 5+ years experience ina Visual Merchandising leadership role within the retailindustry
* Strong understanding of retailprinciples, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
* Creative flair with a keen eye for design andaesthetics.
* You have the ability to developand mentor a high-performing team to create an environment fosteredby learning, growth and development
* Strongleadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with theability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teamsand stakeholders at all levels.
* Strongstrategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacityto anticipate and respond effectively to changing market dynamicsand business needs.
* You're always looking fora better way to do things and are naturally curious in everythingyou do and every conversation you have
* Flexibility to travel internationally asneeded.
* Proficiency in relevant software anddesign tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD) is aplus.
