The Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the Directorate for Students Team as a T Level Placement Co-ordinator. This role is essential in supporting students’ progression by coordinating high-quality industry placements for T Levels. You’ll work closely with employers, curriculum staff, and students to secure meaningful, skills-based placements that align with study programme requirements and industry needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Coordinating and securing high-quality industry placements across a range of sectors.
* Engaging with employers to build sustainable partnerships and support placement opportunities.
* Collaborating with curriculum teams to ensure placement objectives align with course content.
* Preparing students for successful placements, including CV development, interviews, and workplace expectations.
* Monitoring placement activity to ensure student safety, compliance with DfE and QAA requirements, and accurate reporting.
* Gathering feedback from students and employers to inform continuous improvement of the placement offer.
