This high-quality Red Star Hotel in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Commis chef to join this successful company. This offers the candidate a great opportunity to alongside an award winning and highly acclaimed Head Chef.
This position will suit a Commis chef who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This quality boutique Hotel is seeking to build an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond.
The establishment will source all local suppliers and is very proud of this fact. They will utilise the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality.
This quality hotel will offer an award-winning fine dining restaurant along with more casual dining and will offer a small private dining
You will be eager to learn and be passionate about high quality cuisine. The main priority of this successful restaurant is to always push standards.
Please note there is no accommodation available so you must be local and able to commute daily
Commis chef skills required:
Experience with working with all fresh food
