Band 5 Home Treatment Practitioner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 nurse to join Doncaster intensive Home Treatment Team. We provide short-term intensive support in the community to individuals with acute mental health needs to prevent hospital admission.
We provide a service between 08.30 7 days per week and staff are expected to work shift patterns to cover this. Most team members work 3 long shifts, which helps promote a good work life balance.
