Key Deliverables: To provide an efficient service to MK Move All in 1 smart card applicants using all access channels: online, email and telephone, whilst maintaining high standards of personal presentation and customer care. To be responsible for processing refund requests, transferring unused period passes or / and PAYG balance, issue concessionary youth replacement cards, hot listing lost cards and provide general advice to the customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all records are accurately maintained. To answer all enquiries submitted via case viewer form. Cases that require escalation should be reported to Senior Transport Officer. To be able to communicate confidently and effectively with staff from other service areas, in particular Bus Cards team, and customers.
