Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent service? Pertemps are on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors to become a vital part of Royal Mail’s friendly and hard-working team in Doxford Park.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – answering questions, solving issues, and making sure every interaction is a positive one.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and live chat
Providing accurate information and resolving queries in a timely manner
Recording customer interactions clearly and efficiently in our system
Escalating more complex issues to the relevant departments when needed
Always aiming to exceed customer expectationsWhat You’ll Bring:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A friendly, professional, and patient approach
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Some experience in a customer-facing role is helpful, but not required
Confidence using computers and working with systemsWorking Hours, Pay Rate & Other Info:
5 hours 6 out of 7 days, with 1 rota’d day off in the week. Must be fully flexible to work ALL days
£12.97 per hour
The duration of the assignment will be roughly 12 weeks from the intake date
You will be based in the office full-time
