A respected and forward-thinking Property Company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio, handling maintenance issues, supporting tenants and landlords, and ensuring the smooth running of all property-related operations. Success in this role requires strong organisation, the ability to prioritise, and a calm, diplomatic approach when resolving problems. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential properties Resolving maintenance issues quickly and efficiently Providing high-level customer service to landlords and tenants Overseeing tenancy matters, including notices such as Section 8 and Section 21 Coordinating contractors and ensuring timely completion of works Conducting routine property checks and inspections Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit matters Recording and updating property management information accurately Prioritising workload and managing multiple tasks simultaneously What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential property management Understanding of Section 8 and Section 21 processes Strong customer service background Good knowledge of the Epsom and surrounding area Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Strong problem-solving ability Highly organised with strong multitasking skills Professional, positive, and proactive attitude What's In It For You?
