Job Description
The Residential Property Legal Assistant will be:
* Assisting in post-completion tasks, including HMLR registrations and requisitions.
* Preparing and submitting Stamp Duty returns.
* Communicating with estate agents, lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders.
* Requesting redemption figures and assisting with the preparation of sale contract packs.
* Ensuring all client files and documents are managed effectively and efficiently.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be:
* An individual with 1-2 years of experience in residential property law or conveyancing.
* A strong understanding of post-completion tasks, including HMLR registration and requisitions.
* Able to manage multiple tasks effectively with excellent communication skills.
* Familiar with using legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
