Permanent Sales Associate – Part Time
Our Sales Associates help our customers celebrate life and express love. The role supports our store team by providing outstanding service, sharing product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide personalized product advice.
- Maintain performance and support sales targets.
- Build and apply knowledge of new jewellery products.
- Reflect the H. Samuel brand and culture in every interaction.
- Participate in store activities and maintain a business casual dress code.
Qualifications
- Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong interest in jewellery products and brands.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with a natural ability to engage diverse customers.
- Ability to build product knowledge quickly.
