We are seeking a Prep Intake Coordinator to manage the accurate intake of raw materials and ensure a seamless flow into production. This role is critical for maintaining traceability, quality, and hygiene standards within a food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and control the intake of raw materials into production
* Verify product identification and delivery documentation
* Ensure traceability and labelling requirements are met
* Communicate intake status to production and planning teams
* Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
* Record intake data accurately and escalate discrepancies
