The door systems from them are unique in the way that they are supplied fully-assembled and often have anti-barricade hinges, ligature pressure sensors and other specialist hardware that requires a high-level of expertise and care to ensure the product operates correctly.
Responsibilities and Duties
The role of the Door assembly operative is to support the production line, assemble our bespoke door units whilst maintaining high standards and values. They produce our own Hinges, Vision panels and door alarm systems. Each of these components are applied to our timber door sets. The workshop currently operates with a team of 38 operatives, each department has a team leader whom reports to the production manager. This role is based in Swanley with a move on the horizon at our new complex in Sidcup.

Skills and Experience
* A track record in a assembly role,
* Experience working with different wood species
* Manufacturing Background
* A confident communicator, both spoken and written with the ability to relate information to the team leader

* Good judgement, self-motivation and excellent organisation skills

Renumeration Package
* £30,000 - £36,000 - per annum salary
* Mon – Fri 7am-4pm
* 40Hr working week
* Annual holiday allowance of 20-days plus Bank Holidays
