Showroom Assistant – £30,000 plus great benefits
Office based, Chelsea
Our client is a world-renowned luxury interior brand, seeking a highly organised Showroom Assistant to join their team. This entry-level role suits a commercially minded individual with an interest in administration and client service whilst offering excellent exposure in the design world.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the showroom team

* Deliver a professional, welcoming experience as the first point of contact
\t
* Manage appointments, diaries, and follow-ups
\t
* Maintain showroom presentation to luxury standards
\t
* Support sales processes, including quotations and order handling
\t
* Coordinate samples, stock, and suppliers
\t
* Assist with events, launches, and client meetings
\t
* Provide ad hoc PA support to senior team members
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and have a proactive, commercial mindset. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to excel in a client-facing, luxury environment. Strong multitasking and administrative abilities are a must with a good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
You will be joining a close knit, high performing team with a sociable and inclusive company culture. The role is office based, 5 days per week in the Chelsea Design Centre.
