Join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in the heart of Winchester. We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years post-qualification experience to manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the growth of our commercial property department.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant matters.
* Provide advice on a wide range of commercial property transactions.
* Manage files independently with appropriate supervision.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Support business development and networking initiatives to further enhance the firm's presence and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property.
* Strong technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.
* A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach to legal practice.
