My Client based BT11 area of Belfast require a Full-time Medical Receptionist/ Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to becoming permanent. Main Duties/Responsibilities General reception duties - greeting patients in person and on telephone, making, cancelling appointments, providing information regarding practice services Maintaining and updating files both computerised and manual. Typing letters, memos referrals, and confidential reports. Sorting and distribution of post Collect and collate data as and when required. Liaise with other disciplines, outsides agencies and departments, in a helpful and professional manner. Essential Criteria Educated to GCSE level including English & Maths (Grade A-C) Previous experience in a similar role Fully computer literate Evidence of working in a team & on own initiative Excellent communication & organisational skills Flexibility to cover sickness & holidays Desirable Criteria Experience in a medical environment (working within a GP surgery advantageous) although full training will be given 37.5 hours per week:- Mon - Fri hours to be worked within the Practice opening times of 8.30am - 6pm Salary £13.30 per hour To apply for the above vacancy please forward your CV via the link below or contact our office
