Job Description
Dictionary Analysts Lead play a vital role in this process, overseeing a small team of Analysts within their specialist practice area, with the support of their manager, to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved. Blending people, resource and project management, along with expertise in a specific territory and in CGA processes, the SDA guides their analysts to successful BAU and project outcomes: allocating tasks, supporting in query and issue resolution, running 1-1s, providing guidance and training, and ensuring way of working documentation is up to date.

Requirements

Responsibilities
8. Plans, schedules and monitors own work within short time horizons
9. Is responsible for ensuring direct reports complete assigned work to agreed time and quality standards
10. Contributes to the active development of team
11. Conducts training and mentoring work as appropriate with junior colleagues
12. Identifies opportunities for improvements to Data Prep process and practice and reports them to Territory Manager
13. Executes defined aspects of the Data Prep process
14. Responds to routine stakeholder queries on Data Prep activities and related process developments & ensures satisfactory resolution
