Responsible for crafting visually stunning campaigns that resonate with customers, driving awareness, consideration, and trust.
Job title: Graphic Designer Location: Bromsgrove (hybrid) Salary: Up to £25K Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and sales to define project requirements.
Design and produce diverse marketing materials across multiple channels.
Utilise digital tools for image enhancement, animation, and multimedia design.
Develop, iterate, and finalise designs for publication and production.
Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate with external vendors for print production.
Experience: Demonstrable expertise in diverse design projects, with a strong emphasis on typography and complex layouts.
Expert proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
Skilled in DSLR photography and video post-production.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
In-depth understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of digital and print production processes.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
