We have been tasked with assisting in the recruitment of full-time, permanent installation teams across all UK regions.
The company, founded in 2007 to become a leading player in the international solar sector, is looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst / Assistant Commercial Manager to work in a hybrid setup—2 days in the London office and 3 days remote.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Commercial & ESG team to enhance our renewable energy asset management services and systems. We seek an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst / Assistant Commercial Manager to strengthen our UK team, build efficiencies, and transform our ways of working. Your daily responsibilities will include managing SPV revenues, contracts, client interactions, insurance renewals, claims management, and providing regulatory support and ESG delivery for assets in the UK.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Management of energy sales (Power Purchase Agreements) with off-takers and UK government incentive schemes (e.g., ROC / FIT).
* Contract management, including renewals, tendering, notices, obligations related to solar farm companies (SPA, Lease, PPA, O&M, EPC), and understanding lender requirements.
* Supporting regulatory audits.
* Monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting.
* Ensuring compliance with environmental, social, governance (ESG), and community relations obligations.
* Management of land lease agreements and relationships with landlords.
* Development and input of relevant data into the company's asset management platform (AMP).
* Asset onboarding.
* Ad hoc domestic travel within the UK, as needed.

Experience & Qualifications
* Degree in economics, social sciences, law, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably solar.
