What you’ll do on a typical day:
Deliver accurate weekly flashes, period reporting, forecasting, and budgeting exercises
* Ensure clarity and robustness of accounting and balance sheets across all contract areas
* Manage financial controls related to Gainshare and contract performance
* Support business change initiatives, including project accounting and process improvements
* Develop team structure, succession planning, and standardisation of processes
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Full qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a similar role within a complex, multi-site environment
* Strong understanding of open book and closed book contracts
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
* Experience within a supply chain or logistics environment
* Ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations
