What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
• Medication support (preparation and administration)
• Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
• Mobility and equipment support
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
• Companionship and emotional support
You’ll also:
• Encourage social engagement and family connections
• Monitor health and report any changes
• Maintain accurate documentation
• ️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively with families and professionals
Qualifications
