Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full‑time Clinic Receptionist post to support booking follow‑up clinic appointments in the Paediatric Service, check in and out patients at the Clinic Reception desk, and deal with queries from patients and the Clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support booking of follow‑up clinic appointments in the Paediatric Service.
* Check in and check out patients at the Clinic Reception desk.
* Respond to patients’ queries and liaise with the Clinical team.
* Organise workload flexibly and cope with conflicting demands.
* Work closely with the Paediatric Administrator and Clinical team to keep clinics fully utilised at all times.
* Ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
Key Qualifications
* Good time‑management skills.
* Strong IT skills and high level of computer literacy.
* Customer service experience.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
