In this exciting position, you’ll report to the Senior Finance Business Partner and collaborate with a member of the Fresh FLT. Your responsibilities will include: Business Partnering:
Collaborate with the FLT member to provide essential finance support. Initiative Modelling:
Work with the finance team on eligibility, targets, and ROI analysis. Meetings & Reviews:
Attend regular meetings, including monthly P&L and quarterly finance performance reviews. Deliverable Guidance:
Transform analysis into actionable recommendations for management. Performance Analysis:
Understand and explain the drivers behind weekly and monthly results. Forecasting & Budgeting:
Manage forecasting, budgeting, and updates in Workday. Deputy Role:
Step in for the Senior Finance Business Partner as needed. Team Support:
Assist your team in daily activities and streamline reporting processes. Model Development:
Create models to provide insights across the Commercial sector. Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, merchandising, and manufacturing teams to understand financial drivers. Point of Contact:
Serve as a central contact for finance-related queries. Reporting:
Produce reports and presentations to drive business results. Ambassador Role:
Promote cross-functional collaboration and understanding within finance. About You
You are a newly qualified accountant (or close to qualifying) in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA, with a passion for driving performance through insightful analysis. Your strong business partnering skills allow you to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. You possess: A high level of competency in financial analysis and modeling. The ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences. A knack for building strong relationships and responding positively to feedback. A history of adding value and a drive for continuous improvement. Strong numerical and data analytical skills, thriving under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer
