* First level registration and extensive post‑registration experience.
* Degree‑level education plus qualifications in Clinical Skills Assessment and Non‑Medical Prescribing.(Or working towards)
* Proven ability to make autonomous, complex clinical decisions and lead nurse‑led services.
* Strong communication, management, and mentoring skills to build a high‑functioning team.
