We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in Immingham. We are looking for an outstanding assistant manager to work with a well‑renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.
This is a very hands‑on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.
The Role
This opportunity will have you responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the facilities.
* Inspire and manage the team to drive high performance, deliver excellent customer service and consistently go above and beyond.
* Manage budgets, KPIs, P&L and drive club performance.
* Maintain high standards and service levels, ensuring consistent excellence.
The Person
We are looking for an experienced manager who can demonstrate a high level of experience when running their own department or club, with an understanding about the levels of service needed to make their business a success.
Ideally you have worked in high‑end club management before and have a real passion for it. You must be a strong leader and people motivator, who can get the best from a team but also be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Sales experience is ideal, and we are looking for people from club management, fitness management and operations management backgrounds who have worked within high end facilities.
