Requirements
* GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* Prior experience working within a school or team environment.
* Right to work in the UK and clear Enhanced DBS check.
* Commitment to safeguarding and equality.

Responsibilities
* Supervise Learning: Deliver pre-set cover work in accordance with academy policy and the supportive learning framework.
* Manage Behaviour: Establish and maintain a positive, purposeful classroom environment.
* Academic Support: Respond to student questions and assist them in completing set activities.
* Promote Inclusion: Ensure all pupils feel accepted and included within the classroom setting.
* Feedback Delivery: Provide pupils with constructive feedback regarding their progress and achievements.
* Incident Management: Handle any classroom problems or emergencies according to strict school protocols.
* Resource Coordination: Collect all completed work and ensure it is returned to the appropriate department.
* Reporting: Provide accurate reports to teachers regarding pupil achievement and classroom dynamics.
* Reward Success: Recognise and celebrate pupil achievements in line with the academy's rewards policy.
* Collaborative Working: Liaise with Teaching Assistants to support students with additional needs during lessons.
