Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our busy service department.
The Role
As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the service team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workshop. You will be primarily based in the workshop control office, working alongside the team, helping to maintain the high standards expected of a manufacturer-approved repairer.
Key Responsibilities
* Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
* Handling inbound calls and customer enquiries professionally
* Liaising with workshop controllers and technicians
* Preparing and managing job cards and service documentation
* Processing invoices and managing payments
* Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and completion times
* Ensuring records are maintained in line with manufacturer standards
* General administrative support for the service department
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative or service advisor role (automotive or commercial vehicle experience desirable)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using computer systems and workshop management software
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, proactive, and team-oriented

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Saturday mornings on a 1 in 4 rota basis
