Support Worker - Multiple positions available
Lobster Recruitment are looking for Support Workers to join a growing team.
You will work with extraordinary people who achieve fantastic successes and work as part of a supportive team, focusing on outcomes through a person-centred approach.
We work closely with local services for vulnerable people, to offer flexible working hours including:
1. Early shifts
2. Late shifts
3. Long Day shifts
4. Night shifts
Requirements:
5. Have experience working with adults with learning and physical disabilities
6. Be passionate about providing excellent support
7. Be compassionate, take responsibility for your own actions and be keen to acquire new knowledge
