Job Description
Overall purpose of the job:
1. To assist the business in maximising sales revenue, by working as part of a dedicated team delivering agile, smart, dynamic and strong sales support processes.
2. Support the sales team by maintaining accurate CRM data.
3. Increasing Customer Experience, Satisfaction and Loyalty
Key responsibilities for this job:
4. Assist in generating and distributing weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.
5. Monitor key sales metrics and help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Collaborate with sales reps and managers to streamline processes and improve data quality within the CRM.
7. Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and help implement solutions that improve speed and accuracy
8. Manage Sales tools, to provide a uniformed, centralised function on best practices and access management, with associated usage reporting
9. Support onboarding and training of new sales team members on sales tools and processes.
10. Run monthly meetings to ensure cadence and KPI’s of customer charter is met.
11. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flows.
12. Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your Manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member
Knowledge and experience required:
13. 1 year+ experience of working within Sales Operations or a similar role
14. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
15. Well organised and self-motivated team player
16. Able to work under pressure making timely and informed decisions to tight timescales, whilst maintaining attention to detail
17. Professional and clear communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
18. A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
