Human Resources Analyst
with proven experience in investment management or financial services. This role will involve day-to-day HR operations including data and benefits administration, alongside responsibility for managing HR information within
Workday
. The successful candidate will support the wider HR team and management, ensuring employee queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong HR and HR management skills with prior experience in
investment management or financial services
(essential).
* Expertise with HRIS, specifically
Workday
(essential).
* Proficiency in data analysis and benefits administration.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail with organisational ability.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent (preferred, but hands-on HR experience is more critical).

* Support day-to-day HR operations, including data entry, reporting, and benefits administration.
