Business Development Manager

Job Overview
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing Fever Ltd.'s revenue and market share by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients and partners.
You will work closely with the Operations Director and Managing Director to develop and implement strategies for expanding our services into new markets and securing new clients. The role requires strong sales strategy skills, an extensive network, and experience in negotiation, contract creation, and sales.
Key Accountabilities
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
3. Negotiating deals and contracts effectively.
4. Developing and implementing business development strategies with strong analytical and planning skills.
5. Industry experience in digital marketing and the creative sector, with understanding of technical web requirements.
6. Knowledge of web development lifecycle and web design processes.
7. Understanding of web build features, performance, security, and accessibility issues.
8. Familiarity with sales processes and marketing strategies for identifying opportunities.
9. Analyzing digital marketing trends and competitor activity.
10. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the agency.
Core Duties
1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Developing and executing business development strategies for market expansion, new products/services, and process improvements.
4. Negotiating and closing deals with new and existing clients.
5. Tracking progress, analyzing results, and reporting on key metrics to evaluate business development efforts.
