We are seeking a professional and dependable Relief Midday Supervisor to join our team in securing the safety and welfare of our pupils. In this role, you will help to maintain a secure and positive environment in all play areas, promote constructive behavior and inclusive play, and actively monitor pupil welfare. You will approach challenging behavior with empathy and professionalism, recording any incidents in accordance with safeguarding procedures. You will also support the smooth running of mealtimes by assisting with logistics, encouraging good table manners, and helping to keep the dining hall clean and hygienic.
