The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver the Shirehall and HMAG capital projects. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile heritage buildings, ensuring that complex projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.
* Lead the planning, management, and delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects on behalf of our client.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
* Coordinate and engage with multiple stakeholders, including funders, contractors, and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with heritage building regulations and best practices.
* Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and funding bodies.
The Candidate:
* Proven track record of delivering large, complex construction projects, ideally on behalf of local authorities.
* Demonstrable experience with heritage or listed buildings.
* Strong project management skills, including budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups.
* Preferably holds relevant construction-related qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or equivalent).
